The Bachelor is finally over (Thank God, right?) and we thought we should write about all our favourite Rosé Cocktails.

Ingredients:
¾ cup passion fruit juice, chilled
¼ cup Aperol
¼ cup fresh lime juice
4 teaspoons sugar
1 750ml bottle sparkling rosé, chilled
Ruby red grapefruit wedges (for serving)
Directions:
Whisk passion fruit juice, Aperol, lime juice, and sugar in a large pitcher until sugar is dissolved. Stir in rosé. Serve spritz in large ice-filled wine glasses. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Ingredients:
3 oz. Rosé
1/2 oz. simple syrup
2 strawberries, halved
1 lemon wheel
1 bottle club soda
Strawberry and mint sprigs, to garnish
Directions:
Gently muddle the strawberries and lemon wheel so the juices and flavor are released. Add the simple syrup and rosé wine; then fill the glass with ice and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish the spritzer with a strawberry and a mint spring.

Ingredients:
1 oz. Citrus Vodka
5 oz. Rosé
2 basil leaves, ripped
1 lemon wedge
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 1/2 oz. club soda
Directions:
Muddle basil, lemon, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Next, fill the shaker with ice, and add the vodka and wine. Stir, and pour unstrained into a stemless wine glass. Finish it off by topping the cocktail with club soda, and garnish with lemon wedge.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries, plus extra to garnish
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 cup Pure Leaf Unsweetened Iced Tea
Ice
Sparkling rosé
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle together blueberries, maple syrup, and fresh lime juice. Add the iced tea and ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into two champagne flutes, and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with extra blueberries to add a burst of colour.

3 oz. rosé
1 1/2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
3 oz. ruby-red grapefruit juice
1 rosemary sprig
Directions:
Fill lowball glass 3/4 full of ice, and build the ingredients over the top. Stir, and serve with a grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprig.
